PRICES / PROMOTIONS

Institut MC reserves the right to adjust the prices of all its products and services. Certain conditions apply to promotional offers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

APPOINTMENTS

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, you must notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If this time period is not respected, you will be charged 25% of the value of the care or treatment.

You will be charged a fixed amount of $50 for cancellations or changes to appointments for laser treatments, photorejuvenation and advanced esthetic treatments.

Our team will remind you of your appointment 48 hours in advance, by text, phone call or email (depending on the preferred method of communication indicated in your client file). Ask your esthetician to update your appointment reminder method, as needed.

NEW CLIENT OR TRE!ITMENT OF 90 MINUTES OR WNGER

If you are a new client or if your appointment will last 90 minutes or longer, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be payable upon booking.

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If this time period is not respected, you will lose the 25% deposit.

REFUNDS

Treatments, services, package balances, subscriptions and product purchases are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards have no expiration date, and there is no cash back for unused balances. If the full amount is not used during a transaction, the balance will remain on the gift card. Gift card purchases are non-taxable. However, when the gift card is used, GST and QST are added to the price of the product or service purchased as though it were being paid in cash. The value of the gift card is applied toward all or part of the transaction amount.

SERVICES - PACKAGES - SUBSCRIPTIONS

ln the event of a price increase on a service, package or subscription, the price paid in advance for said service, package or subscription will be honoured, at no additional charge, for 12 months following the purchase date. No cancellations or refunds on package and subscription purchases and deposits.
