Make your payment and confirm your appointment

After booking the appointment

You will receive a confirmation email from mcrendezvous@institutmc.com containing the link to your virtual consultation.
This link will take you to the appointment room on the day of your consultation. ** MAKE SURE TO KEEP THIS EMAIL.

How to join your virtual consultation for your appointment

Joining your virtual consultation is easy: When it’s time for your consultation, simply click the link in the email you received from mcrendezvous@institutmc.com.

You don’t have to install anything or register anywhere. The only requirement is a device with a working microphone and camera so the esthetician can assess your hair growth.

After clicking the link and before you can join the consultation, you need to give your browser permission to access your microphone and camera.

See this article for the list of browsers and operating systems we support. In our experience, the virtual consultation room works best in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Accessing the virtual consultation from a computer

Click the meeting link you received by email: A new window will open. If you no longer have the email, contact mcrendezvous@institutmc.com and ask for another email to be sent to you.
Enter your name: It must match the name on the appointment request.
Authorize microphone and camera access: The next important step is to give your browser permission to access your microphone and camera.

In Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox (you must grant access each time you reload the page or change the settings)
In Safari

Click "Allow" or "Join"
Click “Join” to enter the meeting. The esthetician will let you in

Accessing the virtual consultation from a smartphone

If you don’t have a computer handy, don’t worry! You can join from your smartphone or tablet.

Open the email containing the virtual consultation link: Click the link to join the meeting, then select Chrome or Firefox to open the link.
Enter your name: It must match the name on the appointment request. Then click “Join meeting now.” You will have to wait until your esthetician lets you in.
Authorize microphone and camera access: Before joining the meeting, you will be asked to authorize access to your microphone, camera and sound. Once you allow access to these three settings, you can move on to the next step.
